Limitations in Teaching Mathematics

If you're teaching higher mathematics, those symbols are going to be very hard to get through for a blind user. Math ML is coming along, and helping to put more of that on the web and people are trying to work on accessible Math ML, but that's all in the development stage, and in higher math again you may need to get someone to produce high grade Braille with a special Braille math coding to get it to the student. So those are some areas where you may have problems, if they're not integral to your class you may want to leave them out. If they're essential, you probably need to talk with someone in distance learning or in disabilities service support to get some help with those kinds of issues.
