When you arrive at the compressed video classroom:

Technical Support is available via a toll-free number (1-800-696-4357) and email (techsupport@maine.edu). There is a telephone in the classroom that you can use to call Technical Support. Although they cannot view your class, Technical Support has tools to discern which sites are connected and the overall state of the conference. Tech Support can help you recover from a problem and if necessary call out a technician.

Logistical Support is available for distributing course materials to students and getting their work back from the distant locations.

1. Contact Karen Proulx, the Faculty Liaison, at 1-800-245-5544 (email kproulx@maine.edu) for assistance in distributing materials to students.

2. Materials that you ask us to send to your students should be at the remote classrooms when needed. If you become aware of a problem with delivery of course materials during your actual class time, please encourage students to check first with their local site coordinator. If they still have a problem, please tell them to call 1-800-868-7000 during the hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, and 1-800-696-4357 after 5:00 pm.

3. Students' papers are mailed directly from the site to your campus mailbox. Any corrected papers that you send to Augusta for re-distribution will be mailed out to sites within one working day.
