Faculty Liaison Services
Available to assist you in navigating through the logistics of teaching courses via technology is University College’s
Faculty Liaison Services. Our staff is available to answer your questions, explain policies and procedures, and address your concerns.
Prior to each semester you will receive an information packet outlining the steps you need to take to prepare for your course.
Faculty Liaison Services is the clearinghouse for course materials including textbooks, syllabi and coursepacks, class handouts
and exams, as well as graded materials you wish to return to students.
We also coordinates orientations for faculty new to ITV, PolyCom or online teaching and learning.
Lastly, if you wish to incorporate real-time group discussions into your ITV or online class, please contact Faculty Liaison Services well in advance of
the semester to reserve the multilink phone bridge, a 26-line telephone conferencing system available on a first-come- first-served basis.
You may reach Faculty Liaison Services via the “Faculty Help Line” Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., at 1-800-245- 5544,
by email, or by fax, 1-800- 696-1125.
