Instructions for Exams/Tests/Quizzes

Since many faculty change their testing policies from one exam to the next, please submit this form for each examination. Upon receipt of your submission, Karen Proulx will contact you to confirm this information.

Important Notes:

  • If you postpone, or otherwise change, an exam date, or if you change an exam from an in-class to take-home. or visa versa, please notify Karen Proulx asap at 1-800-245-5544.

  • Exans must not exceed length of class period.

  • Please do not schedule exams for any holidays. Even if your campus is open on any holiday, the vast majority of sites will be closed.
