This information will remain on file for all courses you teach in the future unless you notify Karen Proulx of any changes or re-submit the form.

ATTENDANCE POLICY (Not applicable to Asynchronous Courses)
An attendance sheet is made available at the beginning of each ITV and compressed video class meeting. Students are expected to enter their initials verifying their attendance on a given date. At the end of each class meeting site/center staff will put a slash through any blocks not filled in indicating the student’s absence. Students who review a missed lecture (via tape, DVD or videostream) are expected to enter ‘DV’ on the attendance sheet at their earliest opportunity.

Videostreaming Policies: (Applicable to ITV courses Only)
The technology is in place for your broadcasts to be recorded via videostreams. Where would you prefer your students to have access to those streams?
Note: If you do not use BlackBoard in support of your course a BlackBoard site will be created for you and your students for the purpose of allowing your students access to your videostreams.
