APR 15 Submit textbook order form. Your order will be forwarded to your local campus bookstore and to the UMA bookstore, which accepts all orders for distant students. Students may phone-order from UMA Bookstore at 1-800-621-0083.
MAY 15 Notify Glenn LeBlanc (gleblanc@maine.edu) if you intend to use statewide sites for on-site proctored examinations.
Notify Glenn LeBlanc (gleblanc@maine.edu) if you require other course-related travel (on-site workshops, field trips, etc.) So that we may publish travel as a requirement of the course in our statewide courseguide, please notify us of any course-related travel by the publishing deadline indicated to the left.
JUN 1 Submit materials for copyright clearance (including articles, pictures, drawings, etc. for use in your coursepack, class handouts, web page or reserve materials) to Susan Lowe.
Submit requests for broadcast clearance (ie, videotapes*, music) to Susan Lowe. Please Note: You must provide a legally-purchased original of all videos, CDs, audiotapes. *Videotapes may be broadcast from the Orono, Augusta, and Portland studios only.
 
JUN 15 Submit syllabus and/or copyright-cleared coursepack to Karen Proulx. (Students must order these items through the UMA bookstore [1-800-621-0083] & your local campus bookstores.)

Please help us to make sure your syllabus/coursepack is where it needs to be at the beginning of the semester by submitting it in camera-ready form. Reserve Multilink Phone Bridge. Optional telephone conferencing bridge for office hours, review sessions, etc. This limited resource is available on a first-come-first-served basis. Contact Karen Proulx
Submit Blackboard Request Form if you plan to have students use Blackboard.
10 days prior to exam/ quiz Submit exams/quizzes and one Exam Instruction Form for each exam to Karen Proulx.
