Placement Testing
The Houlton Higher Education Center administers the Accuplacer computerized placement tests for both the University of Maine at Presque Isle and University of Maine at Augusta new students. This test serves as an assessment/advising tool for appropriate course placement. The areas tested include:
- English
- Mathematics
- Reading
- Science (UMPI only)
