One of Maine's Most Dramatic Art Competitions, "Art All Around" is an International Design Competition sponsored by The Maine Center for Creativity and the Sprague Energy Corporation. This year, 5 semi-finalists will give public presentations of their proposed designs of the 16 oil tanks in the South Portland area.
